SketchShop is operated by Walter Logeman in North Canterbury, Aotearoa New Zealand. These terms apply to purchases made through this website.
Prices and payment
All prices are in New Zealand dollars. Delivery within Aotearoa New Zealand is included in the displayed price.
Payments are processed securely through WooPayments and Stripe. An order is accepted when payment has been successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation.
Prints and dimensions
Print dimensions are stated in millimetres on the Buying a Print page. Sizes are approximate and refer to the paper size. The printed image sits within a border to allow for framing.
Colours may vary slightly between the image displayed on a screen and the finished print.
Prints are sold unframed unless clearly stated otherwise.
Limited and open editions
A limited edition is restricted to the total number stated on the product page. Where a print is offered in several sizes, all sizes share the same edition.
Limited-edition prints are numbered, named and signed by hand. Open-edition prints are not numbered. Each print comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
Printing and delivery
Prints are produced to order. Printing and delivery usually take about seven working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delays can occasionally occur.
Small and medium prints are normally packaged flat. Large prints are normally rolled. Orders are couriered to the delivery address supplied at checkout.
Returns and damaged prints
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If a print is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact Walter promptly so that a replacement or other appropriate remedy can be arranged.
Further details are provided in the Refunds and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Copyright
Copyright in the artwork and images remains with Walter Logeman. Purchasing a print does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, publish or commercially use the artwork.
